REFUND POLICY: ALL refunds shall be issued in the form of a credit. All credit with Chekhov Studio and its services are valid a year to date from their purchase. There will be no monetary refunds issued after purchase is made.

Media Consent: Please note: From time to time there will be media coverage of the workshop and or/class. By Registering for the above courses you acknowledge that you have read the previous statement and hereby consent to give Chekhov Studio Media Team permission to use your image and/or likeness in any of the following: Photos, Videos, Voice Recordings, testimonials, etc for the purposes of Promotional Work and/or Social Media including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Chekhov Studio Website. You may at any time request your image not be used and/or featured by contacting info@chekhovstudio.com.

General Liability: By Registering for the above class, workshop, or intensive you hereby agree to hold Marjo Riikka Makela, and Chekhov Studio International harmless from any and all causes of damage, costs, expenses, and compensation for damage, illness, or loss to yourself and/or your property that occurs in connection with any services received from Chekhov Studio including third party accommodations. I understand that the aforementioned registration releases Marjo Riikka Makela, and Chekhov Studio International from any liability that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from Marjo Riikka Makela & Chekhov Studio with respect to Covid-19. While in connection with Marjo Riikka Makela and Chekhov Studio, I the Actor/Participant acknowledge the Emotional and Physical demands of the work while also acknowledging my personal right to abstain from any physical or emotional work throughout the duration of class.
